Since there is absolutely no evidence Jesus Christ was born on December 25 or even any time in December, the entire idea of the man made tradition of Christmas is a total fraud. Christmas is based on multiple left over pagan rituals, and it is hideously pagan. Christmas was concocted in the 330’s A.D. by a wife killer who murdered his second wife, Fausta, by locking her in an overheated bathhouse and smothering her to death with scalding steam. He also killed one of his own sons. He was called Constantine, a Roman “Christian” emperor who was an adulterer, too, because he divorced, for a Biblically unjustifiable reason, his first wife, Minerva, to marry Fausta. He later decided, possibly/probably with a little inspiration from the Devil, to paste the name of Jesus Christ and His unknown birthdate, in an attempt to lure more pagans into becoming Christians, on the then popular pagan festival named Saturnalia, which honored the Roman god of Saturn celebrated on December 25. The vast majority of people are sinners, big time, refusing to abstain from work from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, occasionally taking His name in vain, divorcing for frivolous reasons, stealing His tithes, and too often condoning highly forbidden homosexuality. Recently discovered, extensive evidence discussed in a September, 2021 article in the highly respected scientific journal Nature proves that our Creator dropped the equivalent of a HYDROGEN BOMB on Sodom, a town of 50,000 or less, severely damaging towns even 20 miles away, which shows how intensely God hates homosexuality. CHRISTMAS OBSERVANCE INDIRECTLY SANCTIFIES MURDER AND IDOLATRY !!
In the past pagans celebrated multiple gods, especially the birth of the sun god Mithras and the Saturn god ON DECEMBER 25. Pagans also used A TREE in their worship of pagan gods, and pagans put DECORATIONS ON THOSE TREES. According to Deuteronomy 12:29-32, though, God has basically told us to NEVER, NEVER, EVER, WORSHIP HIM IN THE SAME, INSULTING, COPYCAT WAY THAT SAVAGE PAGANS USED TO WORSHIP THEIR IMAGINED, LIFELESS GODS. AND THAT’S IT, NO EXCEPTIONS. PERIOD. CASE CLOSED. END OF DISCUSSION. (Translation: no matter how good it feels to celebrate Christmas with all of its beautifully lighted trees and joyful, uplifting music, and no matter how much pressure society puts on you to observe Christmas, celebrating it is always a HUGE NO-NO.) If people would simply turn and start obeying God, those same beautiful lights and joyful, uplifting music could just as easily be applied to the annual Feast of Tabernacles which really is the best time of the year for those who do obey God. As of December, 2022, tens of thousands of real, fearless Christians already do celebrate the 7 day, carefree Feast of Tabernacles each year at many dozens of sites worldwide, spending money on themselves, as commanded by God, not on others. 2022 UCGIA feast attendance at Panama City Beach, Florida was 900, for example, and COGWA attendance at Orange Beach, Alabama was 1,055. In the future after Jesus returns, most to all people WILL finally dump heathen Christmas, replacing it with the observance of the commanded, delightful Feast of Tabernacles. Severe punishment awaits those who refuse to keep that feast, according to Zechariah 14:16-19. Remember, Zechariah 9:9 successfully predicted 550 years in advance that Jesus would enter Jerusalem riding a donkey’s colt, so his predictions “carry weight.” Many “Christians” think those Deuteronomy verses have been abolished, but the Apostles NEVER DID single them out as abolished. They DID single out the sacrifice, circumcision, and Levitical priesthood laws, plus the eternal death penalty for righteous, law keeping Christians as now annulled, but they left those Deuteronomy verses completely intact.
INTENSE HATRED and INTENSE DISGUST are the emotions God holds for ALL religious holidays as shown by the Amos verse below, when man made and when pagan gods and pagan practices are mingled with those holidays or religious assemblies. Christmas with its Christmas trees, gift giving, and Santa Claus are all not just pagan, but are INTENSELY pagan.
Amos 5:21: “I HATE all your …… religious festivals and solemn assemblies.” (New Living Translation) Most of the Israelis at the time were also worshipping golden calves and other pagan gods.
Revelation 2:6,15: “…… the DEEDS of the NICOLAITANS, which I also HATE. 15 …… those who hold the doctrine of the NICOLAITANS, which thing I HATE.”
The Nicolaitans are defined as followers of Nicolas, defined in turn literally as a destroyer of the people. (He was a dictator.) In the above verses Jesus quite strongly implies that He still HATES Christmas, which is a leftover but still practiced Nicolaitan “deed” traditionally honoring on December 25 the first Nicolas, who was Nimrod, historically also called Baal, Saint Nicolas, Santa Nicolas, Santa, and SANTA CLAUS. The early Dutch colonists brought to America the Dutch name Sinterklaas or Sint-Nicolaas, often said to refer to St. Nicholas, a Catholic saint and the bishop of the city of Myrna in southern Asia Minor during the reign of the Roman emperors Diocletian and Constantine. The Dutch name eventually evolved, possibly/probably with a little inspiration from the Devil, into the American red suited Santa Claus, a north pole resident, riding in a sleigh pulled by flying reindeer. Various stories claim a link from gift giving on the eve of St. Nicholas, originally honored on December 6, to Christmas Day. His connection to the cold climates of the far North is consistent with some sources tracing him to the ancient Northern European gods Woden and Thor. Others trace the mythical Santa Claus, recycled from ancient pagan beliefs, back to the Roman god Saturn and the Greek god Silenus.
Despite the popular, but distorted legend of a kind, father like gift giver, Santa Claus actually has a background deeply linked to Satan. USING THE SAME LETTERS, SANTA IS MERELY A RE-SPELLING OF THE WORD SATAN, AN ANAGRAM. LUCAS ALSO IS ANOTHER NAME FOR LUCIFER, THE DEVIL, AND CLAUS IS JUST AN ANAGRAM, ANOTHER WAY TO SPELL THE SAME, ORIGINAL NAME OF LUCAS. THEREFORE SANTA CLAUS REALLY MEANS “SATAN LUCIFER,” OR “SATAN THE DEVIL,” WHICH GLORIFIES THE NAME OF THAT MURDEROUS LIAR!!!!
Human reasoning and good, well meaning intentions DO NOT triumph over what the Lord has specifically warned us NOT TO DO.
2 Samuel 6:6,7 illustrates this well:
“But the cattle pulling the wagon almost made the special box of God fall when they came to the grain-floor of Nacon. So Uzzah put out his hand and took hold of the special box so it would not fall. 7 …… God killed him there for his MISTAKE. And he died there by the special box of God.” (New Life Version) God previously had commanded that no human, ever, could physically touch the holy Ark. DEATH WAS UZZAH’S REWARD FOR APPARENTLY TRYING TO PROTECT THE DIGNITY OF THE LORD’S ARK OF THE COVENANT (A TYPE OF WORSHIP OF THE LORD), IN HIS OWN WELL INTENTIONED WAY, USING HIS OWN REASONING.
Mainstream Christians reason that it is nice and worshipful to honor the birth of Jesus Christ, and also reason that commemorating His arbitrarily assigned birthday on the exact, same day that sacrifice hungry, murderous pagan gods were worshiped on is harmless. But why not choose some other day, instead of vigorously insisting, steadfastly, on the very same, exact, precise day that major pagan gods traditionally have been worshiped on? And why pick a “second hand, used holiday” to honor Jesus that existed HUNDREDS of years before Jesus was even born? Is that any way to treat our sacred, holy Savior? Even mortal, far less famous beings like Martin Luther King have been appointed dates on the calendar for recognition that were never previously assigned to someone else. “It is our intention to worship Jesus, not the pagan gods,” most Christians almost mindlessly seem to answer. They also reason that the exact day Jesus was born on is not really that important. Mainstreamers, of course, also incorrectly think that the OT laws mentioned on this page have been “abolished.” Some other OT laws were annulled, but not those quoted in this discussion. Another reason many people celebrate Christmas, which is little more than recycled, papered-over paganism, is their great fear of being rejected or severely criticized by others if they do not accept the blasphemous Christmas holiday. A large number of retail businesses, of course, would consider the abandonment of Christmas as almost economic suicide if customers boycotted them for failing to display the traditional Christmas decorations, signs, etc. So the annual spectacle of Christmas, the traditional sin committed or supported by most Americans, keeps socially and financially reinforcing itself, constantly feeding on an endless, rich supply of ignorance, cowardice, greed, and even stupidity. As you saw above, Satan is a quite competent player in the Christmas phenomenon, arrogantly and proudly even putting his own name in Santa, which is barely disguised in an anagram for the word Satan.
Celebrating Christmas commits FIVE sins, flagrantly breaking four OT laws and one extremely serious, often repeated NT law: “You shall not lie.” Revelation 21:8 reveals that ALL liars WILL BE condemned to a FIERY DEATH. Further repentance after that condemnation will be useless. By Biblical standards ALL means even the TINIEST OF LITTLE LIES AND EVEN LITTLE EXAGGERATIONS, which could very well include the “harmless” Santa Claus lie. Nothing in any of the still valid OT festivals even approaches being deceitful. Lies and exaggerations, however, are probably allowed in jokes if promptly admitted after the joke and laughter, that they were lies or exaggerations, which in turn may bring in even more sought after laughter.
1) Christmas creates an additional “holy” day involving the day Jesus was supposedly born on, which at least approaches or attempts to ADD to the law, a definite sin in itself (Deuteronomy 4:2). Nowhere in the Bible are Christians commanded or even encouraged to commemorate the birth of anyone.
2) Christmas LIES about which day Jesus was actually born on, which is unknown, deliberately choosing a date that is not only contrived but also EXTREMELY UNLIKELY according to Luke 2:8 which describes the time when Jesus was born: “Now there were in the same country shepherds LIVING OUT IN THE FIELDS, keeping watch over their flock BY NIGHT.” It is a well established, historical fact that in the Bethlehem area, where Jesus was born, shepherds customarily sent their flocks into the fields during the spring and summer months (when pasture grass is most plentiful), staying outdoors to protect them, and then took them up in the latter part of October or the first part of November before the cold, rainy weather began. During the bad, winter months of late November through February herdsmen usually kept their flocks in centrally located pens and corrals. So Jesus most likely was born in the spring, summer, or early fall at the latest, NOT in the middle of the winter. Ezra 10:9: “Not surprisingly, all the men from Judah and Benjamin gathered in Jerusalem within three days, in spite of the WINTER RAINS. On the twentieth day of the ninth month, everyone sat in the courtyard in front of the True God’s temple—SHIVERING under the weighty matter and the heavy rain.” (The Voice) This verse provides additional confirmation that December in Bethlehem, only 6 miles from Jerusalem, is usually cold and wet in the winter. (The ninth month on the Hebrew calendar is December, and the twentieth day occurs sometime during the first part of December to the middle of December.) It appears that all reputable commentators of Luke 2:8 agree universally that Jesus must have been born well before December 25 since the weather at that time simply would have been too cold and rainy for shepherds to be “living out in the fields,” especially when all the grass typically would have been already devoured by that time.
3) Christmas LIES about the existence of an internationally travelling, gift distributing, red suited Santa Claus, which confuses and deceives small children. This myth even indirectly glorifies the name of Satan, in the thinly veiled Santa anagram.
4) Christmas symbolically adopts or adds supposedly “harmless,” but forbidden, historically HOMICIDAL or PAGAN practices and rituals such as gift giving, decorating trees, etc. to this Biblically illegal holiday, in violation of Deuteronomy 12:29-32 which forbids worshipping God in the same way that the people of foreign nations worshipped their pagan gods.
5) IDOLATRY DRENCHED CHRISTMAS TREES brought into homes violates Deuteronomy 7:26 which forbids allowing such symbols of abomination into your home.
Jesus Christ warned the Jewish leaders of His day and us that ignoring His commands by following man made customs can jeopardize our salvation. Mark 7:6-9: “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: ‘This people honors Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ For laying aside the commandment of God, you hold he tradition of men …… All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition.” Luke 6:46: “Why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?”
Uzzah DIED suddenly, struck down by God after he REASONED that he should grab the Ark of God to prevent it from tipping or falling to the ground after the oxen pulling it stumbled. It was Uzzah’s GOOD INTENTION to try to preserve the dignity of the ark, but he deliberately violated not only God’s previous warning for no one except the Kohathite Levites to transport the Ark only on their shoulders (not on a cart pulled by oxen), but he also violated God’s much more serious warning for no human, ever, to touch the completed holy Ark (Exodus 25:12-14, Numbers 4:2,6,15, 7:9, 1 Chronicles 15:2). The Kohathite Levites were commanded to carry or transport the Ark by the poles connected to or supporting the Ark thereby avoiding direct, human contact with the Ark. Uzzah, the son of Abinadab, was not a Kohathite Levite according to some sources (2 Samuel 6:2-8).
Deuteronomy 12:29-32: “When the Lord …… cuts off …… the nations which you go to …… displace them and dwell in their land, 30 take heed …… that you are not ensnared to follow them, after they are destroyed from before you, and that you do not inquire after their gods saying, ‘How did these nations serve their gods? I also will do likewise.’ 31 YOU SHALL NOT WORSHIP THE LORD …… THAT WAY; for every ABOMINATION to the Lord which He hates they have done to their gods; for THEY BURN EVEN THEIR SONS AND DAUGHTERS IN THE FIRE TO THEIR GODS. 32 WHATEVER I command you, be careful to observe it; You shall not add to it nor take away from it.”

1 Kings:12:28-32, 13:1-31 again poignantly emphasizes and illustrates further the GREAT DANGER of not doing EXACTLY what the Lord has told us to do. Remember, He solemnly warned us not to worship Him in the same way that pagans used to worship their lifeless gods. God told an unnamed “man of God” as the NKJV describes, in Judah to go to Bethel to warn against continuing pagan sacrifices on the altar in Bethel. God also commanded him to NOT drink or eat anything during the trip to Bethel until apparently AFTER he returned to Judah. However, another prophet, an “old prophet,” persuaded him during his trip back to Judah using an EXTREMELY PERSUASIVE LIE to come to his house to eat some bread and drink water. The old prophet LIED to him saying falsely that an angel told him to bring the man of god back to his house to eat some bread and drink some water according to the instructions of the Lord. After eating and drinking at the old prophet’s house he began the journey back to Judah and soon encountered a LION, which violently killed him probably involving great pain and tremendous emotional distress. Since the “man of God” disobeyed the Lord by eating and drinking during the journey back to Judah the LION, supernaturally manipulated by the Lord, killed him, having been “torn” by the LION as the NKJV describes it. The man of God made the fatal mistake of trusting more what another human said than what God Himself said to him. So when are you, personally, going to stop trusting the extremely persuasive lies of “Christians” and others who keep claiming that observing Christmas is “harmless,” when you know very well by now that God Himself has told us through His holy Scriptures to never, never worship Him or His Son, Who are like minded, in the same way that lost pagans worshiped their imagined, worthless gods. WHEN??
God has warned us to not break specific laws directly related to Christmas observance, especially not to lie, which Christmas allows and even seems to condone. A modern day American attorney representing the family of the deceased first prophet suing the second prophet in 1 Kings above could say that he was a victim of unfair “entrapment,” perpetrated by the second prophet, to use a legal term, which very well could have been just a test from God. Likewise, people observing Christmas could also be considered victims of entrapment succumbing to the very persuasive arguments of others who incorrectly claim Christmas is not sinful. Entrapment or not, though, death remains the potential reward for divine disobedience. The words coming directly from God without exception need to be trusted more than any potentially tricky words coming from frail, mortal humans. If the New Testament law keeping Paul was the current President of the United States, he would of course stoutly refuse to allow the blasphemous Christmas tree and Christmas decorations to be placed anywhere on the White House grounds.
If a Christian who has been truly “called” by God, destined initially to be in the coveted first resurrection, and who is now undergoing irreversible judgment (1 Peter 4:17), deliberately observes Christmas, knowing that it flagrantly violates multiple written, long recorded Biblical laws, permanent, eternal death may be his ultimate reward if such an observance is not later sincerely repented of according to Hebrews 10:26,27:
“If we decide to [DELIBERATELY] go on sinning after we have learned the truth …… 27 There is …… [a fearful/terrifying expectation/prospect of] …… the terrible [RAGING; FURIOUS] FIRE that will DESTROY …… all those who live against God [the enemies of God; those who oppose; the adversaries].” Capitalization added. (Expanded Bible) So observing sinful Christmas can be VERY, VERY DANGEROUS!! The Bible says that God’s ways are above the ways of men, so we must obey our Savior’s commands whether we understand them or not, and whether we like them or not. Revelation 21:8: “But for the COWARDLY and unbelieving, …… and murderers, …… and ALL THE LYING ONES, their part will be in the Lake burning with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” (Green’s Literal Translation) One more time, ALL COWARDS AND ALL LIARS (which could very well include those afraid of what others might do to them if they did not celebrate Christmas and those lying to little children about Santa Claus) WILL BE DENIED ENTRANCE into God’s fabulous kingdom!!
So you should be able to now more easily believe 2 Peter 3:17 which says: “Dear friends, you have already been warned about this. So be on your guard. Then you won’t be led astray by PEOPLE WHO DON’T OBEY THE LAW. Instead, you will remain SAFE.” (New International Reader’s Version)
Jude 1:4: “…… some people have infiltrated our ranks …… who beneath their pious skin are SHAMELESS SCOUNDRELS. Their design is to REPLACE the sheer GRACE of our God with SHEER LICENSE—which means doing away with Jesus ……” (The Message) Don’t be fooled by the idea that the majority is always right. In the 1950’s for example, smoking was considered safe by most people, and even most doctors smoked. Jude’s warning applies even if these breakers of Jesus’ laws, the shameless scoundrels he is referring to, make up the majority of “Christians.”
Remember, only 7 verses in the entire Bible say literally that Christians are no longer under the law, but every single one of those 7 contextually constricted verses is limited to the very few, specific, nearby laws that the Apostles said were now abolished. Those laws are the sacrifice, circumcision, Levitical priesthood, and eternal death penalty laws.
